Served with a vegan mini matcha cream puff filled with matcha coconut oat cream and dipped in white chocolate. Handcrafted by our in-house bakery, Level V Bakery. (Gluten-free option to the cream puff: a small scoop of vegan matcha ice cream.)

Sit tight as we transport you from our cozy cafe to our tea farms in Kyoto, Japan, via Hojicha Express!
This plant-based drink is an aromatic hojicha oatmilk, white chocolate using a specialty-blend of hojicha looseleaf tea (called Kuki Hojicha); organic, vegan, white chocolate; creamy, barista-made oatmilk, then topped with hojicha vegan whip and Mont Blanc (chestnut purée) made by Level V Bakery.
Served with a vegan Hojicha Mont Blanc (chestnut purée) handcrafted by our in-house bakery Level V Bakery.
*Vegan white chocolate is provided in collaboration with another new vendor at the 2023 Hot Chocolate Festival - The GOOD Chocolatier.
