Inspired by one of our bestsellers, this hot chocolate has organic Belgian Callebaut white chocolate, our handmade natural lemon curd - the same used in our lemon tarts - and is topped with our own whipped cream and lemon zest.
Served with our popular mini Liege waffles. Made from a brioche-like dough with bits of pearl sugar, this is a favourite amongst Belgians and Vancouverites alike.
#115 - THE COOKIE ONE

Inspired by our Belgian Speculoos cookie, this drink features smooth Callebaut milk chocolate along with the spice blend featured in our delicious speculoos cookies. Topped with our own whipped cream and speculoos cookie crumbles.
And on the side ...Thin, crunchy and full of spices, the speculoos cookie is usually eaten at Christmas but we make them year-round. They pair exceptionally well with hot beverages!
#116 - THE CAKE ONE

A rich Callebaut dark hot chocolate, this one is made to resemble a cake with a cookie bottom. It's topped with our own strawberry meringue and drizzled with the same strawberry purée.
Side treat: similar to shortbread but made without eggs, sablé cookies are notoriously crumbly, like sand, which gives the cookie its French name.
