Lola's Biko takes its inspiration from the beloved Filipino rice cake, transforming these familiar flavours into a heartwarming beverage. At its core this luscious drink uses a rich Philippine dark chocolate stone ground with smooth and creamy dried coconut milk. The chocolate is lovingly blended with a whisper of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon, creating a warmth that resonates with every sip.

Topping off this delightful concoction is a cloud of soft whipped cream, adorned with a sprinkle of crispy rice. A generous drizzle of muscovado caramel cascades over the cream, its rich, molasses-like sweetness perfectly complementing the robustness of the chocolate. The Biko Hot Chocolate is not just a drink; it's a nostalgic journey in a cup, bringing the essence of a Filipino favourite.
