#07 - THE PISTACHIO MUSTACHIO

Fresh-made pistachio milk* frothed into micro-foam and blended into our house chocolate sauce, then topped with pistachio whip and chocolate-dipped biscotti (can be made vegan.)
Served with a fresh baked, chocolate-dipped biscotti from Italia Bakery
*Pistachio milk is made right on the truck using three simple ingredients: raw hulled pistachios, water and a dash of sea salt.
#08 - CIOCCOLATA CALDA MASCARPONE*
Available February 1-14, 2023
House made dark chocolate sauce perfectly infused with a rich cream and crowned by a dollop of decadent mascarpone whip.
Paired with a fresh baked, chocolate-dipped, chocolate biscotti from Italia Bakery
*We travelled to Torino, Italy - a chocolate lover's heaven - and sampled this authentic Italian drinking chocolate. The mascarpone whip complements the drink beautifully, but also teeters this indulgence into dessert territory.
Location and Hours
Apertivo is a mobile food truck, cafe and bar so they will be moving around to different locations during the Festival. You can find them at the Vancouver Farmers Markets, Dine Out Vancouver's Street Food City event at the Vancouver Art Gallery and a pop-up at Trout Lake (almost every Tuesday). Please note the schedule below:

About Vendor
Aperitivo truck is a full-service mobile bar and Café. The Italian inspired menu is designed to cater to weddings, parties, film sets and festivals.
Custom built from a 1962 Grumman step-van, the Aperitivo Truck is sure to turn heads! Aperitivo serves a full espresso bar, cocktail, beer and wine bar and offers Italian meat and cheese plates, fresh baked pastries and other aperitivo snacks. The mobile kitchen runs exclusively on a lithium battery power plant which is charged by the sun.
